Into the Mountains and Over Frozen Lakes

These are from our trip to Estes Park and Lily Lake this past Saturday, as our first off-campus, "Coloradoan" adventure. 

But there were too many pictures to simply include them in tomorrow's picture post...

 Lily Lake was absolutely beautiful... there was also a nearby mountain/hill that we got to climb too!

The Lake was so frozen, we got to eat lunch on it.

 Which was kind of freaky..

After exploring Lily Lake, we drove a few more minutes to Estes Park! It was a really cute little town, that almost reminded me of Smithfield.

 I'll tell about more of the adventures tomorrow... 

But there's a sneak-peak ;)
